How do I place an order?
You can order in three ways: (1) Order online on this website, (2) Call or WhatsApp us on 0905 049 8583, or (3) Send us a message on our social media pages. We will confirm your order and arrange delivery.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no strict minimum — you can order as little as one crate of bottles or one pack of sachets. However, for delivery to your location, we recommend ordering at least 2-3 crates or packs to make the delivery worthwhile.
Can I schedule a regular delivery?
Yes! We offer scheduled recurring deliveries for homes, offices, schools, and businesses. Contact us on WhatsApp at 0905 049 8583 to set up a standing order for weekly or bi-weekly delivery.
Do you deliver across Lagos?
Yes, we deliver across Lagos including Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland, Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikeja, Surulere, Yaba, Apapa, and surrounding areas. Contact us to confirm delivery to your specific location.
How long does delivery take?
For orders placed before 12pm, we typically deliver same day. Orders placed after 12pm are delivered the next working day. For bulk or scheduled orders, we agree on a delivery date at the time of order.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery fees depend on your location within Lagos and the size of your order. For large or regular orders, delivery may be free. Contact us on 0905 049 8583 for a quote specific to your area.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay when your order arrives. We also accept bank transfers. Payment details will be confirmed when you place your order.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is our primary payment method. You pay our delivery rider in cash when your order arrives. No advance payment is required for standard orders.
Is Boogie Natural Water safe to drink?
Absolutely. Boogie Natural Water goes through a rigorous multi-stage purification process including reverse osmosis, UV sterilisation, and ozone treatment. Every batch is tested before release. Our water is safe for all ages including children and infants.
What is the difference between the 75cl and 50cl bottles?
The difference is simply size. The 75cl bottle is our standard size, ideal for home and office use, and comes in crates of 12. The 50cl bottle is more portable and convenient for travel and personal use, and comes in crates of 20.
What is in a pack of sachet water?
Each pack of Boogie Natural Water Sachet (Pure Water) contains 20 individual sachets. Sachets are the most affordable option and are popular for households, canteens, schools, and events.
Does your water contain added chemicals or preservatives?
No. Boogie Natural Water contains no added chemicals, preservatives, or artificial additives. It is naturally purified water with naturally occurring essential minerals. No fluoride or chlorine is added after purification.
